Here at FTG, we believe that to build and grow as individuals, our first step is to create a stable foundation, in which we can flourish.

Counselling is different for everyone, and there is no one size fits all when it comes to therapy. At FTG we understand that you are an individual, and you are the expert of your experiences. That is why we are led by you within the counselling room, using knowledge and skills in a tailored and bespoke way to ensure you are getting what you need from therapy.

What is counselling?

Counselling is a talking therapy where you are supported to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, ultimately leading to a better understanding of both yourself and others.

Counselling is a collaborative effort between the counsellor and client, working together to stabilise the foundation for the client to grow.

How does it work?

The counsellor will support you to explore issues you are faced with. They will help you find your own solutions – whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with your problems. You will explore and process these issues in your own time and in your own way. The sessions are yours to lead as you see fit. It's your journey.

What do we offer?

We offer face to face sessions in Worcester or Cheltenham as well as online sessions meaning wherever you are in the world, we are accessible.

Here at FTG we know that life can be busy, that is why we are able to offer sessions outside of normal working hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
